Haade Ramadan

Haade Ramadan is an active participant in protests aligned with the views of US designated terrorist organization Hamas, including vandalism and harassment incidents at various universities, particularly during the last year. He is associated with pro-Palestinian activism through Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) at Temple University and the Philly Palestine Coalition. Ramadan has demonstrated support for Hamas and other terrorist organizations, both through his actions and on social media.

Support for Hamas Terrorism
As of June 2024, Ramadan’s Instagram bio prominently featured the inverted red triangle, a symbol associated with Hamas, particularly after the group’s brutal attacks on Israel on October 7, 2023. This triangle was first seen in propaganda videos produced by Hamas’s military wing, the Al-Qassam Brigades. Ramadan posted images of himself flashing this symbol, showing solidarity with Hamas’s violent actions.

Vandalizing Property and Supporting Terrorists
In May 2024, Ramadan was involved in vandalizing the Benjamin Franklin statue at the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) campus during an anti-Israel encampment protest. This protest, which lasted from late April to early May, was organized by students calling for Penn to divest from corporations supporting Israel. Ramadan shared images on Instagram of the vandalized statue and also waved the flag of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), a U.S.-designated terrorist organization responsible for numerous suicide bombings, hijackings, and assassinations.

During this encampment, protesters, including Ramadan, chanted slogans supporting violence and destruction of Jews, including “Long live the intifada!” and “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free!”

Harassing a Jewish Student at a Rally
On February 9, 2024, during an anti-Israel protest at Temple University organized by SJP, Ramadan was seen harassing a Jewish student who was counterprotesting. He led the crowd in chants of “Apartheid has got to go!” while standing in front of the student. Videos of this harassment were shared on his Instagram, further showcasing his aggressive stance toward Israel and its supporters.

Current Status
Ramadan continues to display symbols of support for Hamas and engaging in direct actions such as vandalism and harassment. His activities have drawn significant attention, particularly due to their alignment with violent and extremist rhetoric.
