Daniel Joslyn is a socialist organizer and activist affiliated with the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and Columbia University Apartheid Divest (CUAD). As of June 2024, he was a freelance translator and an academic instructor on social movements, labor, and culture. Joslyn holds a master’s degree from NYU and a bachelor’s degree from Hampshire College, with a PhD expected in 2023.

In April 2024, Joslyn led terror-inspired chants at anti-Israel protests outside Columbia University, including “Falesteen Arabia” and “From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free,” a slogan used to call for the elimination of Jews in Israel. He also advocated for violent resistance, leading the chant “There is only one solution, intifada revolution!” The protests were part of the Gaza Solidarity Encampment organized by CUAD, SJP, and JVP. The encampment was dismantled by the NYPD, resulting in multiple arrests.

As of 2024, Joslyn continues to participate in anti-Israel activism and remains a vocal advocate for BDS, promoting the movement’s objectives through rallies, online posts, and organizing efforts.
